ADDA was honored by the International Organization for the Protection of Animals (OIPA), Switzerland, in 1982 and by the Swiss Association for the Abolition of Vivisection (SAAV).
The International Association Against Painful Experiments on Animals (IAAPEA), England, distinguished ADDA with its medal in 1989. The last one was handed to the President of ADDA by the English entity in the United States of America, site of the American Antivivisectionist Society (AAVS).We were honored to be distingued in the same act as with Mrs.Eleanor Cave, founder of AAVS, the President of AAVS at that time and the kindest person I ever met.
Our entity is a distinguished member of the Association Against Cruelty in Shows (Spain) and of a dozen other foreign entities. ADDA keeps contact and does campaigns with more than 40 entities of the rest of the world and it is part of an international net that links about 6000 animal protectionist entities.
During June 2005, ADDA was designated for InterNICHE, Alternative Methods for a Humane Education, as a national contact for Argentina.
During March 2006, ADDA was designated for IAAPEA as its representative in Argentina.
During March 2007, Martha accepted the honorary position of Inspector of the NGO Animal Angels, an entity ADDA was working with during the last years, on cattle transport issues.
