Angels network

I have always felt respect for independent protectors, now I must extend my admiration to the diverse protectionist networks that have been created to look for and to find lost animal and also responsible homes where relocate company animal that for some reason have been found in the street or are about to be through that tremendous situation.

When knowing several of these networks from the inside, verifying their disinterested work and their dedication, I instantly knew that their members were angels.

Because in my absence an open door inopportunely let our two dogs escape (one of them came back) I had the chance to know the task of these networks of aid to the company animal.
My first step was to contact Gladys of who is the founder of the Movimiento de Voluntarios por los Animales de la Calle (Movement of Volunteers for the Animal of the Street), I had met her several months back through Olga Pita, a great protector. Gladys, with the photos of Sammy, designed a search advice which was sent to Red Mascotera (Pet Network), to Planeta Animalitos, and to Buscando Masctoras (searching pets) and some other networks notified the search.
From then on, an incredible search full of sightings began. The first notice came from the district of Belgrano where the dog was seen by an angel called Wanda and its cloud is Although the necklace of this dog was seen like green, I almost did not have doubts that it was Sammy since he has lived in the country during the first two years and had not learned to cross streets and most probable it was that he was hurt by a vehicle, but Wanda could not see what side he took and she lost sight of him. We went with volunteers to patrol the zone but we could not find him.
In spite of that, we never lost our hopes. Liliana Zemiak maintained a permanent contact with me and took the role of my ‘’guidance angel’’ taking the place of my sons, one in Brazil and the other one in Madrid. Sometimes alone and sometimes with volunteers we ran to any site where there was a dog with the colors of Sammy. Saavedra, Belgrano, Chacarita, Paternal, Palermo, Center, Alto Palermo.

15 days had passed without finding Samy and my son from Madrid was already preparing me in case Samy never appeared. I got a message from Gladys which said that there was a dog with the colors of Samy and violet necklace in Cabildo and Ugarte, Helena Lopez saw him when he was waling through that corner.
Without wasting time I took a taxi. When I arrived to the place I asked the taxi driver to wait there because something said to me that I would return to my house with Sammy. When I walked that last blocks I saw him, he was sitting right in the corner of Cabildo and Ugarte as there Elena said. He did not see me come and I feared of his reaction, that he would not recognize me and start running away. I approached him and took him from the necklace. It was a bit sad, because he laid on his back with the 4 legs towards the sky with eyes of terror like waiting for something terrible. That went 10 seconds because when I began to speak he recognized me immediately. I embraced him very hard. Their still afraid eyes let see all the time he had suffered in the streets.
This story, for some people, will be just a small story, luckily is not the type of people who visit this Site on the Web. Certainly, this happy ending, would not have been possible without the many networks of angels that had published on the deviation of Sammy, in the same way that they works with only their wishes to find dogs and cats that are lost and away from their loving human families.
Only 15 years back, when dogs got lost it was irremediably. During those days the Networks of Angels did not exist as we know them today. They are one of the good things of Internet.
